职位描述
Key job accountabilities
-To support and coordinate the field Sales teams.
-Organize and coordinate the sales cycles
-Act as the link between the local head office and field teams on any operational issues (two-way communication, delivery of required materials for the field teams...)
-Define and implement commercial promotions (product launches or animations)
-Organize sales meetings (regional or national level)
-Assist in defining the sales territories
-Support the opening and closing of POS including contractual aspects
-Recruit, develop and manage direct and remote teams. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes
-Organize data management in liaison with IT department
-Follow-up and control sales terms
Technical & Professional competencies required
-Rigorous planning and organization skills
-Analytical skills
-Motivational skills
-Computer advanced skills
-Fluent Chinese and English
