职位描述
Your mission:
Lead the flawless delivery of projects in time and within budget across functional teams. You are the owner of projects coordination with third parties/vendors located in Shenzhen and Shanghai.
? Your main tasks will be to:
o Coordinate and manage supplier and contract manufacturing activities to deliver on project objectives.
o Manage the relationship with the c and all stakeholders.
o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
o Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
o Ensure product performance meets engineering and product specifications
o Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress and input changes as necessary.
o Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
o Highlights issues in advance and leads efforts to develop and implement alternatives and escalate as needed.
o Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure seamless communication with other functional areas.
o Prepares and maintains Issues/Action Item database.
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
? You are our ideal candidate if you have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (extra points for Embedded systems specialty). Working knowledge of hardware is a big plus. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams is also highly sought after.
? You have at least 2 - 3 years’ experience in Project Management with consumer electronics and experience in the consumer hardware development process
? You are passionate about new tech and especially mobile and Android technologies.
? You are customer oriented.
? You speak English and Chinese fluently and you want to work in an international context. Speaking French is a plus.
? You have strong communications skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
? You have a strong stellar problem-solving skill.
? You can utilize various technologies and tools to effectively manage projects and provide clear and concise communications to teams and stakeholders
? You are a problem-solver keen to find innovative solutions in any situation.
? You are super enthusiastic, and you like to be challenged!
? You can work with tight deadlines and can prioritize conflicting priorities.
