ABB’s Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

You will be responsible to achieve short term biz target and set up the long-term strategy for EWA business development, As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will report to Product Marketing Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Global Markets located in Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou in China.

- Driving the marketing strategy implementation to cover major channel/segment.
- Optimizing EWA portfolio, clear positioning in each segment.
- Defining the growth opportunity to achieve ‘USD100M’ sales target.
- Tracing the market trends and submit new product request and business.
- Working with LBU/GPG to support local sales in terms of the offering, project support.
- Regularly reviewing sales performance including Pricing, GM% and NPV, taking the action accordingly.
- Engaging in the distributor and other partner development.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing/sales in EWA business or home automation.
- Must have strategic thinking approach along with good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
