Key Responsibility
？ The Data Security Manager’s role is to manage and administer data security across the Schneider china while ensuring high levels of data quality, integrity, availability, confidentiality, consistency and privacy ;
？ In addition, due to increasing governance control and compliance demand from Cybersecurity Law in china , this role is also required to manage , review and report any cross-border data transfer demands concerning personal sensitive information or important data to be aligned with company assessment process in collaboration with compliance office , EIT relevant domain and BPO from Business Unit for analysis and risk mitigation.
？ This individual is also responsible for evaluating and continuously monitoring and regulating the data security of all IT systems and applications to ensure data ‘s proper protection throughout lifecycle from creation, store, transmission, processing and deletion etc.
？ This role will be part of the Enterprise IT team and will have a strong collaboration with the different IT domain team , business Partners, Compliance Office and necessarily global Data Security team in task-driven security incident or Service request handling or project-driven Data localization or data compliance initiative. The role is an individual contributor with high levels of visibility and responsibility ensuring company data is clean and trusted with high quality.
Qualification:
？ University degree or above in Information Security, Data Security , Information Technology, or other related disciplines
？ -5-10 years' experience in the information/Data security management, Data security architecture design, security operation or security audit area;
？ -Attained recognized professional qualification, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, CIA, BS7799 LA, ITIL Practitioner or other qualification related to information security management and IT service management.
？ Familiar with Data management framework such as DMBok from DAMA International etc.
？ A holistic mindset and extensive team leading experience;
？ Practical experience on Cybersecurity Law assessment or compliance project is a plus ;
？ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and relationships with internal and global team;
？ Group facilitation and presentation skills;
？ Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
？ Strong communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure
