任职要求： 1、电机、电气工程或机电相关技术专业本科以上学历 ；
2、熟悉电机工作原理及变频电机和逆变器的数学理论；
3、从事逆变器、变频器或变频电机研究开发3年以上；
4、熟练使用相关的设计软件和单片机编程；
5、能熟练使用Protel 绘制电路原理图，PCB图。
职位职责： 1、负责变频器研发的电路设计、结构设计、硬件设计与软件设计与调试；
2、负责改进和优化变频器相关产品的硬件设计，对产品所有技术问题负责；
3、负责新增元件技术要求制定和协调采购；
4、负责编写变频器相关产品硬件部分的技术标准与参数；
5、负责相应产品售后技术支持，必要时赴现场服务；
6、电气产品维修项目；
