Key Responsibility/ 岗位职责

• Responsible for the management of outsourcing employee's on-board and termination, promotion, job transfer and other processes, as well as outsourcing employee relationship and contract management/ 负责管理外包员工入离职，升职，转岗等流程，以及外包员工关系和合同管理
• Responsible for monthly salary calculation, social security conduct and supplier management/ 负责外包员工每月工资计算以及相关社保缴纳以及供应商管理
• Assist business leader to provide outsourcing service quotation, cost calculation and monthly service fee tracking/ 协助业务负责人提供外包服务报价，成本测算以及每月服务费用跟踪事宜

Requirement/ 岗位要求

• Bachelor Degree holder/ 本科学历
• CTE 6 certificate, be fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing/ 大学英语六级，英语听、说、读、写流利
• 3+ years and above working experiences of outsourcing Firm or Corporate HR/ 3年以上人事经验
• Payroll calculation experience and excel skills/ 薪酬计算经验以及Excel使用技巧
• Understanding of Relevant legal, regulations and policies knowledge/ 相关人事法律法规政策知识理解
• Knowledge of Compensation and Benefit/ 薪酬福利知识
• Professional, service-oriented and result-drive/ 具备专业的服务意识和结果导向风格
• Quick learner and self-motivated/ 快速学习和自我激励能力
• Willing to work under pressure/ 愿意在压力下工作
