Key Responsibility/ 岗位职责

- Apply consultative selling approach to discover client’s needs and generate new business opportunities by progressive approach, cross selling new projects / 运用顾问式销售方式发现客户的潜在需求,通过主动寻求业务机会、交叉销售新的项目,达成业绩指标
- Provide tailored solutions to client with an in-depth understanding and analysis of the client’s needs/ 深入了解并分析客户需求,设计并提供定制化的解决方案
- Actively invite clients to join marketing events, expand network resources, identify the uncovered business opportunities/ 积极邀请客户参加公司市场活动,发现新的业务机会

- Responsible for managing different size of consulting projects across industries/ 负责跨行业不同规模的咨询项目
- Design and execute project plan based on the alignment with clients, driving and regularly tracking project progress, delivering project reports on time/ 制定和执行项目计划以满足客户需求,推动并定期跟踪项目进度,按时交付项目报告
- Proactively communicate with clients during project implementation, maintain good relationship with clients/ 在项目实施过程中积极主动与客户沟通,维护良好的客户关系
- Work closely with Project Lead in managing China project delivery resources to ensure smooth implementation of projects, actively communicate with consultant in meeting arrangement, cases allocation and etc./ 与项目负责人密切合作,良好管理中国项目交付资源,确保项目顺利实施,并在安排会议、事项分配等方面积极与顾问沟通
- Actively manage candidate engagement process, ensure candidate engagement rate achieved up to 90%/ 积极管理候选人参与过程,确保候选人参与率***达到90%
Requirement/ 岗位要求
- Bachelor Degree or above, 985/211 is preferred/ 本科学历及以上,985/211优先考虑
- Minimum 3-8 years’ solid experience in project management and customer service, experience with HR consulting projects is a plus/ 至少3-8年的项目管理和客户服务经验,有人力资源咨询项目经验者优先
- Excellent command of English in writing and communication skills/ 良好的英语沟通能力
- Confident and masterful in presentation is preferred/ 自信,优秀的商务汇报演讲能力
- Fast learner under high pressure, logical thinking and self-motivated/ 能在高压下快速学习,优秀的逻辑思维、自我激励能力
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, good team player/ 具备良好的分析与解决问题的能力,杰出的团队合作精神
- Proficient in operating Microsoft (Word, PPT, Excel and etc.), Gan Chart, Photoshop, Adobe/ 熟练操作Word、PPT、Excel等微软办公软件,以及Gan Chart、Photoshop、Adobe
