This is a DA PGL and Integration Manager role, reporting to R&D/Technology Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Distribution Solutions located in Xiamen, China which provides defined services to the internal customers with best quality in the most efficient way.

- Being responsible for the relay protection technology’s department, typically, local technical and resource coordination.
- Cooperating with global Technology Center for the new product development and localization work.
- Leading local and cross-functional project team (multi-location can occur).
- Being responsible for global DA platform integration, acting as integration manager globally.
- Working as a domain specialist in some fields.
- Managing team to provide good technical support for the local manufacturer.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have a major in Electric Power System or related, master’s degree or above
- Should be familiar with ABB relay products and related configuration tools.
- More than 10-year working experience in Distribution Automation.
- Should have an experience of working or studying aboard.
- Should have software programming skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, C# ，C++ and MATLAB program.
- Good communication in both oral and written English.
- Must have good team work spirit.
