• Collaborate all related functions for new vaccine project plan and implementation

协调各内部各相关部门新产品项目计划及执行

• New product planning Analysis (80%)

新产品项目规划分析(80%)：

？ Support program teams to develop a robust and relevant Integrated Development Plan (IDP)

支持项目团队开发有效的新产品开发计划

？ Support on implementation of projects and making sure the achievement of project objective.

支持新产品项目的有效实施，推动项目进程并实现项目目标

？ Support on develop & update forecasts, sensitivity analysis and actively contribute to the Portfolio Review governance

支持新产品预测的制定、敏感性分析；积极为新产品项目的数据分析提供支持

？ Collaborate all related functions (including but not limited Medical, R&D, PAMA, MKT, etc.) for new vaccine project collection, tracking and analysis

协调内部各相关部门（包括不限于医学、研发、政府事务、市场准入、市场部等），收集、追踪及分析新产品项目的计划及执行情况

？ Anticipate variance among new vaccine project plan, budget and implementation status, communicate the gap with related functions for further actions

关注新疫苗项目计划、预算及实施情况的差异，与各相关部门沟通差异以确定后续行动计划

？ Liaise with Local and Global stakeholders which need new product planning analysis input and follow up.

参与公司总部与新产品相关的项目并提供有价值的业务建议及跟进

？ Collaborate with various functions/team on project and program follow up

确保与公司各业务部门进行有效的横向合作

？ Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

根据需要被直线经理委任的其他工作

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree or above

学士以上学历

Experience & knowledge:

· Working experience with multinational companies is a competitive advantage

拥有跨国企业工作经验者优先
