任职资格：

1、35-40岁之间，本科以上学历，人力资源管理及行政管理专业

2、8年以上人力资源管理工作经验，有上市公司工作经历优先；

3、通晓国家和深圳市劳动法及相法律法规；

4、擅长人力资源规划管理和人力资源管理手册设计的能力；

5、具备岗位职责制定和绩效考核设计实操工作经验；

6、具有较强的领导能力、影响力、计划与执行能力；

7、与政府部门、街道社区、安监、环境等单位对接与联络、并做好接待工作；

8、能适应短期出差

9. 持有一级人力资源管理师证优先

岗位职责：

1、建立健全公司招聘、培训、工资、绩效考核等管理体系；

2、负责总部及各分公司招聘、评估录用跟进工作并做好人力资源善分析；

3、建立绩效管理体系，制度完善各部门绩效考核制度，并落实、执行、监督考核工作。

4、塑造、传僠企业文化，开展增加团队价值观与凝聚力的宣导和活动，推进企业文化建议。

5、负责处理劳资争议及纠纷。

6、负责公司财产物资和物品的管理。
