#1. Marketing and Communication Intern
Job Description
？ Plan and execute Merck China Innovation Hub (CIH) awareness raising activities for both internal colleagues and external business partners
？ Create, design and deliver innovative go to market strategy and multi-channel marketing approaches and marketing contents eventually successfully launch marketing programs
？ Align with HQ marketing and promotion team for the same direction.
Preferred candidate:
1. Preferred in healthcare, life science, materials fields and related background with strong
commercial sense in industry
2. Related experience in Marketing activities’ planning and execution
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English and Chinese
4. Independent, self-motivated with passion for learning
5. Strong team player, self-motivator, "can do" mentality
#2. Marketing Intelligent Intern
Job Description
？ Conduct desk research on fields-related pipeline or industry; analyze new business models or innovative technology application and identify potential innovation pipeline
？ Work closely with Scouting Manager and assist in scouting the emerging technologies for innovation Hub, evaluating scouted projects and optimizing technical portfolio priorities
？ Buildup in-depth industrial insight and analysis for CIH innovation fields and hot spot via solid Market research, company interviews.
Preferred candidate:
1. Master or Ph.D, Healthcare, life science, materials or other related background
2. Related work/internship experience in Consultant/Investment/R&D sectors are much
preferred.
3. Fast learning, Life Science and Healthcare related fields scientific articles, reviews,
industrial report reading and summarizing skills are essential.
4. Logical thinking, able to analyze the project from comprehensive angles including but not
limited to technical, business model, market potential, regulatory aspects.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English and Chinese
6. Strong team player, self-motivator, "can do" mentality.
