？ Being responsible for projects execution and lead project team in timely delivery within approved budget.

？ Effective communication with internal and external customers to well understand their needs and to achieve both financial and non-financial KPI.

？ To evaluate and manage all potential risk and keep alignment with company requirement on quality

？ Control project cost and improve the execution margin through opportunity management, change & claim management

？ Well manage suppliers in terms of schedule, quality, safety and change management by coordinating with functional supporting team

？ Lead the communication with Project Steering Committee including countries and global team specially for international projects

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

？ Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Automation or Electric is preferred

？ At least 5 years of experience in project management, international project management experience is preferred

？ Effective Communication and Negotiation Skill

？ Result Oriented

？ Quick learner and willing to work under high pressure

？ Good English writing and speaking
