职位描述
Duties and Responsibility:
- Develop & source authoritative ranges for OB which fits with Sub Category trends & customer needs;
- Review & understand categories through in-depth data analysis of sales, margin & income performance, both on a SKU & Category level;
- Packaging development & mockup with suppliers to delivery the design effect for NPD ranges;
- Product formulation improvement with QA team;
- Forecast planning of NPD ranges & monitor the production by supplier to ensure the on-time delivery of NPD ranges;
- Well manage existing suppliers on cost, GP%, QA, production, etc;
- Sourcing of New Suppliers;
- To be able to monitor performance of portfolio & strictly communicate between departments the set guidelines & principles of the Watsons OL brand.
Qualifications:
- 3 Years+ experience of trading/product development in Retail or FMCG companies;
- Experience in Food or Health categories are appreciated;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Good command in English;
- Good PC skills;
- Cross Functional Understanding & Coordination;
- Passion for Product & Analysis;
- Highly Organized & Planning Skills.
