Note: This Temp HC with 2 years Contract

• Work closely with business managers and talent acquisition team on people selection process. Understand the requirements of candidates from the business needs, and ensure effective communication

• Foster learning culture within the organization and collect training needs and implementation with the collaboration with learning solution team.

• Take the role of internal communication to make sure employees are aware of the update from company, such as employee engagement survey, town hall meeting organization, personnel announcements, skip level communication meeting and so on.

• Support HR manager on people review, assist the actions on talent retention

• Follow up annual performance review and propose action plan based on individuals.

• Employee exit interview and analysis

• Provide professional suggestions or actions to line managers/supervisors, improving relations between managers and their subordinates. Handle employee relation cases.

• Work with SSC to make sure HR data’ accuracy and related HR process

• Update related HR reports timely

• Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

Requirements:

1. Basic HR knowledge such as labor law, recruitment or training, Organization skill for event & activity,Data analysis skills

2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience, at least 3-5 years’ working experience in related area

3. Passionate and commitment, Good learning agility, Communicative and collaborative
