a)     Key areas of accountability/responsibility

Ensure that the line is run safely and efficiently that it is in compliance with all relevant requirements, regulations and standard work processes.

1. SHE and Security:

1.1  Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly.

1.2  Understand and be familiar with all related information and knowledge about SHE & Security management.

1.3  Take part in training about SHE & Security management in site actively, in order to improve one’s awareness about SHE & Security management.

1.4  Give improved advice to our superior about SHE & Security management actively.

1.5  If find out any significant risk about SHE & Security management at work, should tell it to our superior immediately.

1. Responsibility for customs declaration of all imported finish goods, raw material, sample, spare part.
2. Responsibility for confirming the bill with agency every month and  applying the payment
3. Responsibility for maintaining the master data of intercompany materials
4. Handle the intercompany complaint
5. Set up transfer warehouse orders in sap
6.  Others

Requirements:

1. College degree  

2. Good skill in using computer

3. Taking on basal negotiation skill

4. Good experience in Customs declaration for import and export goods

5. At least two years’ experience in import and export declaring work.

6. Good skill of computer , be familiar with Customs declaration of import and export goods, good skill in English and SAP
