a)    Key areas of accountability/responsibility

Ensure that the line is run safely and efficiently that it is in compliance with all relevant requirements, regulations and standard work processes.

1.     SHE and Security:

1.1   Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly.

1.2   Understand and be familiar with all related information and knowledge about SHE & Security management.

1.3   Take part in training about SHE & Security management in site actively, in order to improve one’s awareness about SHE & Security management.

1.4   Give improved advice to our superior about SHE & Security management actively.

1.5   If find out any significant risk about SHE & Security management at work, should tell it to our superior immediately.

2.     Main job

2.1 Process sales orders and support customer service for all orders related under NR1/SO81

2.2 Maintain master data in SAP.

2.3 Work close with AM for order status tracking, to provide order information at requested.

2.4 As a contact window for contract / GCOS letter handling.

2.5 Assist in the resolution of delivery problems to assigned customers.

2.6 Support SCM projects and CSO at regional level.

2.7 Maintain customer’s PO and related documents.

2.8 Other temporary tasks which are asked by DSCM

b)    Authorities

1. Cross-functional communication about order processing

2. Access into SAP to input orders and delivery instructions.

Requirements:

1. More than 2 years sales supportive experience in multinational company is preferable.
2. Have international trade order processing experience.
3. Sales reporting or analysis capabilities.
4. Excellent communication skill;

5.      Customer focused and an excellent planner/organizer;

6.      Curious with an open attitude and a team player;

7.         Familiar with working with SAP and with MS Office applications;Better in English
