岗位描述： Position Description: 

 l  公司在环境、职业健康及安全等方面法律法规的合规性监督管理 Supervision and management in compliance issues regarding EHS related legal and other requirements. 

 l  EHS体系日常运行的监督 ISO14001 and ISO45001 EHS Management Systems operation supervision. 

 主要职能： Key objectives/ Deliverables: 

 l  EHS体系的运行维护、文件培训、记录的监督及归档，协调年度内审及外审 Support the operation of EHS management systems, coordinate on supervision of documentation, training, records and filing, and the annual internal and external audit;

l  协调职业病危害因子涉及员工的职业病体检 Coordinate in occupational health check program of identified positions. 

 l  生物安全相关事宜的管理、培训和记录维护 Training, management and coordination on biosafety related issues and record keeping. 

 l  消防相关应急预案、环境相关应急预案、生物安全相关应急预案的编写、更新、培训、组织演习，以及演习报告的编写和归档 Development, regular update, drill conducting and drill report writing on Fire safety, Environmental safety, Biological safety and other relevant Emergency Response Plans. 

 l  参与组织定期的安全检查/隐患排查，发现项的追踪关闭 Organize regular safety inspections, track and follow up on finding closure. 

 l  组织召开并记录每季度的EHS委员会 Organize and record the EHS committee meeting on a regular basis 

 l  危废的内部灭菌监督、外部装运协调与记录归档 Supervise on internal sterilization, external transfer contract and relevant record keeping of hazardous waste management. 

 l  化学品管理 Management on Chemicals 

 l  劳防用品管理 Management on Personal Protective Equipment 

 l  应急物资管理和急救物资管理 Management on emergency response materials and first aid materials 

 l  政府相关检查的接待协调 Coordination during government inspections 

 l  环境影响因子、职业病危害因子的年度监测及报告归档 Conduct the annual monitoring test on legal prescribed environmental impact parameters and occupational health hazard elements, and relevant documentation. 

 l  施工许可审批、施工安全定期巡检、项目安全咨询与建议 Scrutinize on Work Permit approval, construction work safety inspection, project safety aspects and impact consultation.   

 l  遵守公司的环保安全与职业卫生各项相关制度及信息安全相关规定 Comply with the company's Environmental Health and Safety related procedures and Information Security procedures 

 l  及时汇报身边的不安全行为和不安全状态。 Report to supervisor timely on all unsafe act and unsafe conditions 

 l  主动发现参与到EHS活动中的机会。 Proactively seek for opportunities to be involved in EHS programs 

 l  遵守公司对信息资产管控和流转，维护公司利益信息，不个人闭塞或不当泄露。 Comply with CBMG’s control and circulation of info assets. To safeguard the interests of the company, info shall not be blocked and improper disclosed by individuals. 

 l  完成直线经理布置的其他任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager. 

 学历要求： Education requirements： 

 l  环境工程/环境科学、化工工程、生物工程等相关理工科，专科或以上学历，对化学和生物具有基础知识。 Diploma or above in Environmental Engineering/Science, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering or related fields, with basic knowledge in Chemistry and Biology. 基本要求： Basic requirements: 

 l  工作经验：可招应届生，但优先考虑1年及以上EHS工作或相关实习经验 Working Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, yet 1+ year as EHS specialist or related intern experience preferred. 其他要求： Additional Preferences: 

 l  沟通技能：较强的沟通能力，优先考虑会读写英语。 Communication: Sound communication skills, preferably with English reading and writing capability. 

 l  工作态度：积极主动，肯学，有责任心 Attitude: Positive and Proactive, Willing to learn, Sense of responsibility and ownership.
