Job Responsibilities

· Manage and update social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, and WeChat

· Develop engaging, creative, innovative content/collaterals for various platforms (e.g. social media, EDMs) to meet Kingfisher Recruitment Group’s marketing objectives

· Create compelling presentations, project plans, reports, and other types of communication to connect with diverse audiences, including potential clients/candidates and colleagues

• Develop, write, and deliver clear and succinct copy for social media, website, and marketing campaigns

· Establish and maintain content standards in terms of quality, tone, style and grammar for website and social media

· Develop and execute annual marketing strategy/timelines (e.g. social media calendar, internal/external marketing timelines, online/offline marketing strategy)

· Maintaining, designing, and optimizing corporate websites from time to time to ensure content is up to date

· Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as webinars, trainings

• Work with HQ in China and regional offices to launch regional marketing campaigns and other ad-hoc initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, major in Marketing or related fields
• Demonstrate experience leading and managing marketing efforts, social media platforms and campaigns
• Good knowledge of web analytics tools and marketing tools
• Proficient with design software – Canva is a must. Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress/web design is a plus
• Excellent oral and written skills in English. Mandarin is a plus.
• Possess an eye for design and flair for writing
• Well organized with attention to detail
• Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
