Account Service Associate

Location: Shanghai,China

Success criteria for the position：

Improved client experience whether by phone, case portal or email

Fast turnaround time to resolve clients' queries

Identify areas of potential concern for clients and escalate through management

Responsibilities：

Responsible in providing excellent customer service to all clients

Technical support and access administration

Assist clients on funding and transfers

Trading Platform and Product assistance and queries

Client Reporting

Client data maintenance

Account updates and amendments

Responsible for handling and distributing incoming support and incident questions

Personal Requirement：

Ability totake ownership of set tasks & targets

Has a passionfor providing excellent Customer Service

Professionalappearance & attitude with an outgoing personality

Ability towork as a team player and when necessary individually

Capable ofmultitasking and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment

Have strongorganizational skills and great attention to detail

Able to workon scheduled public holidays and scheduled shift hours

Competence Requirement：

Minimum Diploma holder, at least 1 – 2 years customer service experience within Financial Services industry is an advantage

Fluent in listening and speaking of English and Chinese and Cantonese, as well as writing in English

Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures

Team player with good communication skills

Some knowledge of various Capital Markets products is an advantage
