Responsibility:
*Assist supervisor to handle the contractor transition project, detailed task include day to day communicate with contractor vendors and monitor the transition progress, take the coordinator role within internal team members. Make regular status report and provide timely feedback on the issues. Work flow analysis and optimization. etc
*Involve in daily rewards operational work assignment, include daily process for new hire, separation, transfer, changes. Monthly payroll, social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance transactions, severance calculation, labor contract management etc. Ensure all transactions are managed in an accurate and efficient manner.
*From a customer support prospective, to support regional HF business partner on the rewards related enquiry
*Knowledge learning and sharing on SAP system, local payroll system and take part in some project base assignment, cross check system data ensure the accuracy and timely reflection.
*Support ad hoc assignment or other project as requested by the Rewards Delivery Team supervisor.

Requirement:
? 3-5 years C&B related working experience
? Bachelor Degree, major in HR, statistics, accounting, business management or related field
? Has foundational knowledge of labor law and local regulations. Has detailed operational experience on payroll process, SI, HF and commercial insurance management etc.
? Good computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP system experience is preferred
? Good English skills
? A level of analytical and systematic way of thinking
? Strong communication skill and customer service orientation
? Has experience for expatriate management is an advantage
? Detailed orientated, independent, mature, hard working and able to work under pressure
