根据公司战略,在指定市场上从事相关产品/系统/服务等销售活动,建立长期客户关系,识别并开拓销售机遇,尤其是数字化解决方案的机会
- 1. 订单
- 根据自己所负责业务部门需求,在市场上从事产品/系统/服务销售,实现业务目标
- 2. 客户关系
- 建立并维护有效的客户关系,理解客户需求,向客户积极推广全产品线/系统/服务销售的解决方案,尤其是数字化解决方案,并确保客户的良好体验。
- 3. 新的市场机遇
- 识别并推动新的市场机遇,识别数字化销售机会并向客户推广数字化解决方案。
- 4. 日常管理
- 在必要时,提供管理销售过程,支持项目管理活动及收集工作等;
- 1. 本科或硕士学历,理工类(电气自动化专业优先);
- 2. 具备三年以上相关的行业或岗位工作经验、有较强的销售能力,具备数字化(自动化)项目经验及相关知识;
- 3. 对销售工作充满热情
- 4. 具有较强的学习能力; 以客户为导向;有较强的责任感并注重个人诚信;
- 5. 结果导向;具备很好的人际互动和沟通能力以及团队协作能力

For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Marketing and Sales (BL) Business Line, based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.
You will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities, especially for digital solution.
- Sell products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience.
- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers.
- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred).
- More than 3 years of experience in Sales, At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project.
- Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow.
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- Excellent sense of responsibility and personal integrity.
- Good team work, learning ability and sense of responsibility and personal integrity.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
