a. Key areas of accountability/responsibility / 主要职责

1. 安全健康环保和安保职责SHE & Security Responsibilities:

以对安全健康环保以及安保负责任的态度工作，报告所有安全健康环保以及安保事件。这包括但不局限于以下内容：To work in a SHE & security responsible manner and report all SHE & security incidents. This includes but is not limited to the following,

？ 遵循国家和公司的规定及标准；Follow the national and company regulations and standards.

？ 认真地参加及协助组织部门的安全培训以改进安全操作技能；Conscientiously participate and support organize own department’s safety training to improve safety operation skills.

？ 自觉遵守公司的安全规定，无任何违反Consciously follow the company safety regulations and any violation of the rules is forbidden

？ 了解安保方针及要求；积极参与所有安保相关培训以积累相关知识并保持改进意识；Get to know the security policies & requirements; Actively participate in all security trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness.

？ 遵守安保要求，如有不清楚之处随时报告；Follow the security requirements and report if not clear.

？ 遵从公司安全健康环保、职业卫生，相关安保和应急流程；Execute company SHE, occupational hygiene, related security and emergency procedures.

？ 遵从公司出勤规定；Execute company work attendance rule.

？ 学习运营技能，并持续提高自身安全健康环保和安保意识；Study operation skills and continuously improve self SHE & security awareness.

？ 及时报告不安全情形，安全健康环保以及安保事故、事件或未遂事件；Report timely unsafe situations, any SHE/security accident, incident & near miss.

？ 对员工的培训；Training to employee.

？ 定期对本区域落实情况，进行检查回顾；Regularly area check and actions follow up.

？ 提出持续改进行动；Propose continuous improvement actions.

？ 协调组织对生产设备和工艺存在的安全隐患进行限期整改；Coordinate to organize updated actions of safety hidden hazards in equipment and process within specified time.

？ 督促员工正确使用劳动防护用品；Supervise staffs using PPE correctly.

？ 协调进行现场事故的报告、调查和处理。Coordinate for site accident report, investigation and deal with it.

严格遵守国家的法律法规、按照公司SHEQ/LSR以及安保和公司物流链的要求确保仓库运作工作满足公司的经营目标和市场需求，按照GMP、HACCP、ISO、SOP及公司物流链的程序组织实施星火场地除ANH、DR和维修备品以外的所有仓库，包括Rx A 、Rx E、人类营养产品、DFS、危险化学品仓库与各相关联业务或生产部门的服务和在储物料的日常管理工作。

2. 根据DSCM物料采购定单的要求按时、按量、按质完成对VE粉、VA粉、VA油以及复配食品添加剂预混料、DFS的所有原料、包装材料的收货；根据VE粉、VA粉、VA油以及食品预混料与DFS对物料的预留需求，及时正确地把物料送到生产部门指定地点，并及时完成SAP系统的操作；

3. 根据市场需求及现有操作程序，当VE粉、VA粉、VA油以及复配食品添加剂预混料、DFS有成品入库需求时，应及时把成品从生产车间转入仓库，在仓库内按各产品的不同要求完成打包后发往客户或外仓库储存；

4. 操作工在日常仓库作业中（收货、转移、发货等环节）必须严格执行公司的各项安全规章制度，以及国家的相关规定，不可违章作业，确保安全无事故；

5. 熟悉仓库作业的SOP及JSA，按照要求做好在库原料、中间体、成品、包装材料的日常管理与仓库的每日清洁，使其在收、发、存、运等各环节中始终处于完好状态，防止质量事故；

6. 不论在收货还是发货或储存中始终保持物料的帐、物相一致。当发现物料有破损、物料已过保质期等异常情况要及时向上司汇报；

7. 正确操作和使用仓库内设备，必须按SOP和JSA的要求谨慎驾驶叉车和叉车的日常维护保养，确保人与物的安全；

8. 仓库作业中必须正确穿戴PPE，同时有责任督促和提醒来仓库送货、提货、维修设备等外来人员穿戴PPE及操作安全；

9. 如实填写温湿度、虫害控制等仓库的各项操作记录，便于分析操作过程中的各类不正常原因或发生事故的原因；

10. 自觉认真参加各项培训，不断提高自身的操作能力与业务水平；

11. 完成由上司指定的其他任务。

b. Authorities/职权

1. 发现问题进行报告；

2. 抵制任何违反SHE、LSR和SHEQ要求的操作指令与制止任何违章操作的行为；

3. 拒绝收、发不符合公司物流链操作程序的物料。

c. Projects/special assignments项目/特别任务

进行特别项目或完成其他要求，可能包括质量改进计划，削减成本或推行标准化如六西格玛或精益生产等。
