- Be responsible for statutory reporting under USGAAP and PRC, review company ABACUS report package monthly, prepare yearly US GAAP & Statutory report reconciliation.
- Review Yearly PRC statutory report with GBS Finance teams, coordinate with GBS finance GA/AR/AP teams to guarantee the financial reporting quality.
- Follow group guidance to perform B/S review, monitor month end closing; settle accounting issues which from Business/Functions.
- Attend AR&G update call and trainings on time and train the team members on critical topics, be responsible for assigned control as either control performer or control owner
- Attend the mandatory internal control trainings and perform periodically controls on schedule, prepare quarterly disclosure report and early warning questionnaire based on expert judgement
- Identify the potential risk and collaborate with process owners to design controls, coordinate external auditing and internal stakeholders for interim audit and year-end audit
- Provide expert support to M&A financial related topics and treatment, lead function budgeting and forecasting process in company level, propose and lead continuously improvement projects for finance process.
- As senior team member to coach and transfer knowledge to junior team members.

- Must have bachelor’s degree above and major in finance or accounting.
- 5+ years working experience in finance and controlling areas required.
- MNC working experience will be necessary.
- Good communication skill in English and Chinese
- Familiar with USGAPP & PRC GAPP reporting guideline, SAP and MS-office
- Independent and strong self- motivation and strong team spirit
- Change mindset and capability to lead change projects.
