Tasks

• Understand business situation, need and meet hiring goals in coordination with the Talent Partner

• Provide support for Talent Requisition activities like university events, early talent, etc

• Multiple internal systems update, requisition approval & maintenance

• Job posting and create CV shortlist

• Arrange Interviews and Logistics Support

• Perform Reference Checks if applicable

• Coordinate with vendor/agency

Requirements:

• College’s or Bachelor’s degree.

• Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications

• 1-3 years’ experience in HR recruitment function, working experience in foreign company is an advantage

• Collaboration and networking skills

• Excellent speaking & written in English.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to and influence individuals at all levels

• Strong result orientation

• Planning and organizational skills

• Adapt Multi - threading work rhythm to guarantee the work quality while continuously seeking optimal solution.

• Strong ability of strain analysis and emergency handling.
