Tasks

• Understanding business situation, with good sense to capture customer need and providing standard report.

• Focusing
  on the HR master data to support the delivery of the wider People
  Analytics, by ensuring master data rules reflect the business needs.

• Managing HR master data cycle, gathering and validating business requirements to determine true need and translating conceptual proposals and predictive analysis report.

• Designing or re-defining Interactive visualized dashboard.

• Multi dimensional or multi scenario data analysis through power BI.

• HR Data analytics to support HR operation management.

Requirements:

• College’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, IT or related .

• Comprehensive knowledge of all HR work streams and expertise in part of the HR module.

• Good knowledge of national labor regulations.

• Strong communication, motivation and service consciousness.

• Excellent speaking & written in English.

• Excellent Excel skills and MS PowerPoint.

Personal qualities:

• Experience of translating business requirements into clear and creative conceptual proposals. Analytical skills.

• Ability to build trusted advisory role and develop analytics capability with all stakeholders

• Proven integrity and professionalism when dealing with sensitive people data.

• In-depth knowledge of ERP system (SAP, workday) and analysis tool (Powel BI)

• Lean / Six Sigma quality and process improvement experience would be an added benefit.
