• Develop & champion cross partner marketplace process with fleet & retail focus
• Connect global sales/nsp partner related process
• Drive process excellence capability within function

Portofolio & project mgmt.

• Drive gc fewer, bigger & better partner portfolio
• Develop partner capability roadmap to fuel the growth
• Champion & lead critical cross partner project management

Partner’s relationship

• Lead gc partner engagement activities for example partner summit, Tokyo Olympics
• Lead strategic partner communications to represent the best voice of company
• Amplify gc marketplace voice to global platform

Team capability/culture

• Maximize ”one” account team culture
• Enable right org design with capability readiness, together with account & HR team
• Champion account team engagement moments

Qualifications:

• BA degree
• English certification - CET 6 (Great at both speaking and written English and Chinese)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Event & Activities & Communication or related experience preferred.
• Strong team player and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others
• Ability to work in a matrix work environment with multiple business functions
• Project management experience leading and driving creative initiatives.
