               1.    Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)主要工作目标（岗位简介） As Logistics Specialist in SCM, this position is mainly charge of routine logistics issues, including 3PL’s delivery notes collecting and checking, tracking of delivery status, temperature management, and other transportation issues.  And also take the part of 3PL’s expense checking and other logistics related issues. 作为供应链部门的物流支持专员，主要负责日常的物流事项，包括第三方运输管理的日常单据的审核和归档，运输状态追踪和运输温度的管理，以及日常运输突发事项的处理。同时负责物流相关费用的审核及与物流相关的其他事项。     

2.   Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 (Major functions of the position)                                 （职位的首要职能）   l  Monitor the routine inbound and outbound operation, report the issue and jump in the action 监控日常进出仓操作，报告异常问题并参与解决   l  Daily delivery related documents checking and collecting 日常发货单据检查和收集 1． Delivery notes recording and checking 发货单记录和检查 2． Temperature records collecting 温度数据收集   l  OTIF data collect, check and upload in SAP OTIF数据收集，检查和上传至SAP   l  Take part in transportation issue discussion and monitoring 参与运输事故的讨论和处理   l  Be responsible for China serialization barcode management. 负责中国药监码监管   l  Outbound expense management, include cold chain packaging materials, TT4, transportation costs etc. 发运费用结算管理，包括冷链包装费用、TT4费用和运输费用等   l  Be responsible for docs signature process and archive(IPO preparation for VAT payment, 3PL service etc.) 负责单据签字流程及单据归档（VAT及3PL 服务费的IPO付款流程操作等）    

3.   Qualification and Experience 能力与经验   Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书 College degree or above.大专以上学历 ·         CET-4 Certificate 大学英语四级 2+ years’ experience on logistic management 2年以上物流管理经验   Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力 Experience in logistics management, GSP knowledge is preferred 物流管理经验，有GSP知识的优先 Well communication skill and good accountability of problem solving. 良好的沟通,解决问题的能力。 Language skill: Good at English, listening, speaking, reading and writing. 语言技能:  具有良好的英语听说读写能力。 PC skill技能:  Win-word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP skill preferred
