岗位描述：

1.Optimize business ROI

Grow sustainably in the category

Define and commit to a 3 years P&L

Deliver EC sales and profit target by working with all stakeholders

Develop and implement business operation plans within budget

Actively seek for more EC opportunities

2.Define EC strategy and plans for Mustela in China

Sales forecasting management

Define portfolio and pricing

Define promotion strategy todrive targeted EC traffic & conversion

Regularly make and share competitors benchmarks on EC

3.Funding management

TP management: make sure the efficacy of implementation of plans

4.Manage logistics and distribution, Inventory control

Planning and execution in quarterly and monthly levels

efficient communication between EC, marketing, EC key accounts and TP

Manage and grow the customer database: acquisition, development and retention with eBusiness B2B solutions

岗位要求：

1.University degree or above

2.Solid China eCommerce experience with 3-5 years working for brands, eCommerce operators, eCommerce platforms or marketplaces, in either business operations or business development role with a track record of achievements

3.Knowledge of the Personal Care, Skin Care, Baby, Beauty market segments would be an advantage

4.English and Mandarin spoken and written fluently
