Process Solution (PS)

Roles & Responsibility

· Ensure the effective handling of all customer orders following by SOP

· Efficiently handle inquiries from existing and potential customers to maintain customer satisfaction

· Ensure all necessary master data to smooth order process

· Maintain full compliance to reduce company risk

· Smart and smooth communication to internal and external customers to satisfy customer

Education/Certification/Experience

· Bachelor degree

· Excellent office skills with Excel, Words, PPT.

· Basic oral/business written English

· 0-1 year CS/sales admin. Experience, EPR experience, SAP is plus.

Skills/Knowledge

· Shows basic ERP OTC knowledge to do routine order CS task.

· Apply advanced knowledge of client current needs with effective communication skills; addresses complaints, makes process enhancement.

· Shows basic English ability of oral & written

· Gather existing relevant information and apply logical reason to validate the collected data.
