职位描述

What you will do:

Meet or exceed profit plan goals related to: Commodity strategies, cost savings, TWC, quality, supplier rationalization, and other agreed objectives.
Ensure alignment between category management team and the unique/specific needs of stakeholder and site buyers during category strategy development.
Own implementation of category strategies and associated actions to achieve cost reduction goals, including PO-to-PO (Purchasing Order) reductions and rebates
Control and improve the traceability and transparency of purchasing related savings
Support efforts concerning supply base rationalization and supplier development
Guarantee compliance with BOS procedures and DoA requirements
Develop and report business metrics that measure the performance according to business objectives.
Perform other ad hoc works assigned by the manager of BT&S procurement Indirect.

What we look for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
At least 2-3 years of procurement experience with a focus on Indirect service procurement.
Candidate with business background are also considered.
Experience in cost analysis and strong financial knowledge preferred.
Good PC / software knowledge/skills, especially excel.
Candidate should have the ability to cooperate with people of varying levels both inside/outside the organization and interacts with the team to establish and achieve team goals and objectives
Candidate should have the ability grow into a Commodity Manager position and beyond.
Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to express information/ideas in a professional manner to varying levels of people and customers. Strong English skills required. Multi language capabilities preferred.
Candidate should have the ability to take actions, make informed decisions and generate ideas to improve overall business performance on key metrics directly influenced by this position.
Candidate should have the ability to influence decisions & results even when all elements are not under the individual’s direct control.
Candidate should have the ability to establish goals consistent with company objectives and to adapt plans to a changing environment.
