TV program
Cooperation with local media:
Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to make full year plan with TV station
Provide all relevant material to TV station to make well preparation of TV program in advance.
Monitor in store display and promotion is in line with TV promotion schedule to maximize the sales opportunity.
Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to prepare monthly TV program report
Work with local magazine, news paper, website etc. for any opportunity to increase the brand exposure and sales.
Support to head quarter marketing dept.:
Summarize nation-wide promotion & POSM to sales
Allocate and monitor POSM is effectively use in store on time
Assist to response to head quarter for variety report with proper pic and data collecting from sales
Support and coordinate nation-wide marketing event with sales
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
The ability to drive the business growth and maximize the brand results by engaging and inspiring both internal & external partners with professional esteem and sound business know-how
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS REQUIRED:
Min. 1 years' of retail / marketing experience (e.g. Supervisor / Assistant Manager) with multi-national companies
Kids consumption goods or FMCG industry experience / exposure an advantage
Excellent inter-personal, communications and management skills
English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills.
Fully computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, )
Good command of Photoshop is a plus

Solid "can do" attitude with positive outlook
Able to build strong working relationships at all levels
Good team player who also possess initiative, independence and excellent judgment
