2. Create, design and deliver innovative go to market strategy and multi-channel marketing approaches and marketing contents eventually successfully launch marketing programs 

3. Align with HQ marketing and promotion team for the same direction.

1. Buildup networks and connections with business partners and KOL of CIH in healthcare, life science sectors: academia, startups, industry park, government, investors in China Greater Bay Area 

2. Identify potential business partners for CIH whom would generate potential innovation projects in healthcare, life science, performance materials.  Also explore the partnership mechanisms

工作职责：

1. Work with business parents from academia, startups, investors, incubators to explore innovative technology projects which would create synergies with Merck business units (Healthcare, Life Science, Performance Materials) 

2. Buildup in-depth industrial insight and analysis for CIH innovation fields and hot spot via solid Market research, company interviews.
