For F&E   30%

         Coordinating with brokers and F&E colleagues, prepare the documents for China Customs and China CIQ, import about 8 shipments per month of spare parts for F&E.

         Confirmed with engineers, dealers and customers to deliver the spare parts to them via express or freight forwarding, about 10 shipments per month.

         Work with 3rd party logistics vendor, providing domestic transportation for fire trucks 3C testing.

         Support aftermarket and marketing department for expo or show held in China mainland.

         Support sales for firetrucks transportation from port to dealers or end user's point address.

         Coordinating with financial department and three vendors for the parts payment to US side.

For JLG    30%

         Support JLG Tianjin for material imported from US side, to make the whole process smoothly, bi-weekly meeting with oversea colleagues for inform and alert them the issue happened or not.

         Support JLG inside sales for finished good import from US or Europe, working with brokers to make the whole process go smoothly.

         Coordinating with local trailer company, to support inside sales and sales for JLG scissors and booms delivery to mainland customers, about 12 shipments per month.

         Provide sales the quotation for their new destination or new customers.

         Support JLG marketing department for expo and road show in mainland or oversea, about 12 per year.

         Support JLG PDC side for their spare parts import and export via coordinating with third party vendors or global forwarders.

         Support JLG NPD project to their domestic or international transportation, or provide them necessary logistics data for their reference.

Others     10%

         Work with local vendors, go to Shanghai CIQ and China Customs scene for parts or finished goods inspection, discussion with them for new project import & export, and provide related shipment information as their request.

         Go to expo or road scene to for supporting fire trucks & JLG machines safely loading and unloading, arrange 3rd party logistics vendors for scene support to engineers.

         Audit new or current vendors for their qualification and training them about the policy and rules they should obey when they provide service in SSO or Tianjin site, even in customers site.

       Support sales for label shirts, jacket and suitcases for customers
