                Title: Technical Service Specialist 

 Technical Service Specialist serves as the primary technical source for supporting sales activities within responsible regions mainly in China. Technical Service Specialists are expected to utilize their technical expertise to solve the technical issue from internal or external customers by providing professional advice, tools, information. Job Description To provide primary technical advice to customers mainly over the phone or in written manner.  To provide technical support on customers’ pre-sales inquiries, such as product recommendation and Catalogue number confirmation. To provide customers with technical information and/or documentation or certificates. To finish paperwork like daily record edition or complaint log, and support the team leader in the operation process Job Requirements BS degree or above in analytical chemistry/pharmaceutical engineering equivalent with general  knowledge in analytical instrument． 1-3 years related operation experience in QC or other departments of pharmaceutical company, Food and beverage or third-party testing company. Familiar with HPLC/LCMS/GC/GC-MS technology. Resins Separation background will be a plus. Experience as a technical service in related field are preferred Customer-focused, result-oriented, proactive/action-oriented, Multi-tasking capabilities Good team player and quick learner Good command of English
