高级采购岗位有两个招聘需求

一个负责后勤类采购

一个负责会务会展以及差旅类采购。

1.    Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）

？   Business partner (BP) works withline manager in the assigned divisions, providing comprehensiveprocurement supports to realize business needs and support business objectives in an effective and sustainable way.

？  Early involve into the planning of requests and provide professional adviceto stakeholders to influence business needs to maximize company values as awhole.

？  Executelocal sourcing projects using sourcing methodologiesfor indirect materials & services spending,in close collaboration with the stakeholders and category owners. Achieve procurement targets which include but nolimited to on time delivery, lowest total costs ownership and high quality of service/goods.

？  Conduct ad hoc survey and feedback to category owners for implementinglocal SRM programs.

？  Participate and support the category team to develop and manage MSA ensuringthat business’s needs are reflected into MSAcontracts.

？  Ensure that execution of all procurement activities are in compliance with Roche Procurement Policy, Directive,Guidelines and local Procurement SOPs.

？ Analyze periodic spendingfrom procurement perspective based on category and vendor classifications andgenerate reports for management.

Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus
