Job Purpose
To support Novartis China University training operation efficiency


Major Accountabilities

Work with NCU team member to communicate with participants on LSO registration, to ensure on-line registration successful
Collaborate with Basel learning Center to update participant's online status
Transfer participants within different programs and groups
Support program manager on training logistic management include hotel booking, materials preparation and participants grouping


Ideal Background

Education : ? Tertiary qualifications in bachelor of Human Resource Management or equivalent

Experience: ? At least over 2 years MNC working experience
Languages: ? Fluent Mandarin compulsory, good English level
