The E.IT China Cloud manager will take the responsibility of SE China cloud adoption program. He/She will in charge of defining Schneider Electric China Public cloud strategy,
Public Cloud adoption, Cloud native program architecture design and continue
improvement, Application deployment in public cloud and continue improvement,
Application migration from traditional datacenter to public cloud, Cloud capacity
leverage and adoption.

The major responsibilities will be:

• Define Schneider Electric China Public cloud strategy
  following global strategy, China cloud market status, SE China’s business
  requirement and IT requirement.


• Design and delivery China cloud platform on foundation
  side. Including multiple cloud strategy. Single cloud architecture design.
  Cloud/DC/Offices connections and segments.


• Cloud operation with cloud industrialization solution
  including cloud principles, cloud reference architecture, adoption
  framework, service catalogue, cloud native function adoptions, cloud
  operation process, cloud management toolset, cloud governance and cloud
  management KPI define and monitor.


• Public cloud adoption program. Align with global
  security team and architect team for public cloud adoption. Design the orchestrate
  platform base on public cloud and private DC. Massive cloud migration
  program defines and delivery. Continue improve the quality of overall SE
  China infrastructure and solutions.


• Define Cloud Security strategy and implement it to
  security the cloud environment.


• Application architecture design and standardized using cloud
  native component and best practice.


• Manage ongoing cloud requirement and demand.


• Change management for Cloud environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge on public cloud, AWS/Alibaba Cloud
  experience is preferred.


• Deep knowledge in cloud computing, OS machine image and
  containerization, storage, networking, network service, messaging,
  streaming processing and storage. Cloud native DB, big data on cloud,
  enterprise data warehouse, configuration and infrastructure as code
  knowledge.


• Deep knowledge in software development with CI/CD and
  Devops. Strong knowledge in common Middleware/RDBMS/NoSQL solution and
  operations. Strong knowledge on application architecture design and
  delivery.


• Deep knowledge in K8S container orchestration platform
  and application dockerlization solution.
  


• Experienced in cloud adoption and cloud team management
  experiences.


• Strong team management and performance management
  experience.


• Strong experience of Managing outsourcing partner for application
  management and infrastructure.


• Flexibility regarding work schedule and travel


• Good exhibiting thorough familiarity with available
  methods, procedures, tools, equipment and standards


• Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing,
  with vendors, customers, colleagues and managements.


• Be professional, customer friendly and amenable
