工作内容：
·Lead national training team of ONLY, directly report to General Manager and work closely with professional talents from retail management, Marketing, fashion design and buying team.
直接向总经理汇报。带领ONLY全国培训团队与零售管理，市场营销，时尚设计部和买手团队的专业同事紧密合作。
·Developing and implementing training strategy to continuesly drive learning curve of ONLY retail team.
制定与执行培训战略，不断推动和提高零售团队的学习能力。
·Creating and upgrading training programs of Customer service, Retail management etc. Working with external suppliers for creating digital training material in core areas.
创建和升级培训项目，如顾客服务，零售管理等课程，在关键领域与外部供应商合作建立教材和课程。
·Lead national training team to deliver and tracking trainings course, such as Product Launch Training, Selling skills & Service Training etc.
带领全国培训团队实施并跟踪培训课程，如产品知识培训，销售服务与技巧培训等。
·Perform training audit to evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous enhancement on training activities/projects.
实施培训考核体系以评估培训的有效性，并不断强化培训活动/项目
·Manage training budget and training resources
管理培训预算和资源
·National travels are needed as per job requirements
根据工作需求接受全国出差
任职资格:
·5+ years of professional training and training management experience, preferably in multinational companies and experience with consumer goods companies or professional in service industry
5年以上专业培训或培训管理经验，具有消费品行业或者服务行业的跨国公司背景者优先考虑
·Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business administration or training related field
本科或以上学历，工商管理或者培训相关专业者优先
·Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills
优秀的中英文书面和口语表达能力
·Innovative, dynamic, and business-minded
具有创新精神，活力和商业头脑
·Organization talent, management potential, accountable and self-motivated
具备优秀的组织能力，管理能力，较强的责任心和自我激励精神
·Positive, adventurous, and strong personality
