Job Scope:
Provide financial and business support to the Sales Management of Juniper GREATER CHINA, executing on the fiduciary role given by Juniper to Sales Finance while acting as an interface with other finance and support functions.
Key responsibilities:

? Business support/partner to the GREATER CHINA Management Team

? Fiduciary responsibility for monitoring, ensuring and enforcing Juniper’s policies, procedures and business practices.

? Ensuring integrity of information (metrics) used for business decisions and planning, compliance to company policies and application of these within scope of duties

? Give support to Sales Force to help them in reaching growth Targets and Go to market strategy and play an active role with the Greater China Management team

? Leading the Bid support team primarily focusing on major / complex deals, working directly with the GTM and various support functions (Global and Greater China).

· Finance PMO support for major projects within the Greater China region

• Strong business partnering skills as well as an understanding of US GAAP.

Main Activities:
Planning Responsibilities:
Support the strategy and planning cycle – building the framework and models
Work with each of the Areas and Business Units in coordinating the various deliverables

Major Bid Support Responsibilities:
Working closely with each of the Area Sales and Finance teams in preparing each of the business cases

Ensure complete cross functional alignment

Continual enhancement of the governance framework required for the major / complex deals working closely with the Compliance team

Monitor revenue recognition requirements, working with Corporate Revenue and leveraging Rev Rec tools.

Project Management Office:
Support major projects involving Greater China (both global and regional)
Ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner, working collaboratively with all teams involved

SPOC for all queries / requirements relating to Greater China

Requirements:

Candidate with University Degree and 10+ years of MNC experience, preferably in IT industry.

Candidate who has strong business partnering skills. Ability to influence senior Sales people and able to drive a culture of Corporate Governance into the entire Organization and capability to be independent challenger to business process thus drive and support sales to prevent risk to corporate figures integrity.

Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and ability to use/learn other company tools.

Analytical skills, attention to details and ability to work effectively under time pressure. Proactive & structured guidance, ensuring/influencing that the right priorities are set for both the Sales Teams and the support teams.

Ability to train Sales, Finance and all support groups. Possess accounting knowledge Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
