-answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate person or take messages; 

-maintain a proper communication with customers for any request or issue concerning the orders;

-receive and properly archive customer orders and check customer orders with reference to all conditions , price, credit limit if existing and draft/prepare sales contracts;

-check product availability for the required dates, create the packing list and system invoice;

-carry out pertinent activities to keep customer master data updated;

-provide administrative support, handling information requests from customers. Coordinate and follow up distributors’ operation;

-Assist sales team in collecting all reports from regions sales and distributors, consolidating as a standard national level report for business analysis, plan and action taken. Prepare statistical reports;

-Any other admin support if needed;

-Other related duties as assigned by the Sales/Commercial Manager.

Requirements:

-      Bachelor degree or above;

-      Minimum 1 year of customer service and order management 

-      Excellent spoken/written communication skills in both Mandarin and English;

-      Some knowledge of Italian would be a plus 

-      Knowledge of SAP/ERP system

-      Proficient in Excel

-      Proactive and self-motivated;

-      Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
