Main responsibilities
- Prepare and send offer letters and contract
- Complete final disposition of candidates and closing the requisitions
- Execute standard reporting e.g. BrassRing
- Initiate background verification with 3rd party
- Schedule assessments when required
- Distribute interview guide
- Initiate onboarding preparation for candidate.
- Complete pre onboarding documentation requirements
- Verify the citizenship and onboarding documentation when candidate actual onboard.
- Confirm the actural onboarding or handling no show and reject offer cases, initiate proper process

Required Competencies
- Basic Novartis business understanding
- Computer PC social media skills
- Business acumen
- Exceptional internpersonal skills
- Basic time, project, management skills
- Knowledge of China Labor Law
- 1-2 years HR working experience
