Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )

- Support to coordination the Budget/LE/Business review process with GCPO
- Provide strong financial management and controls for Sales, M&S and MR related items for GCPO
- Drive area P&L initiative for GCPO
- Improve the transparency of budget process and ensure alignment among budget, C4MPH and strategy plan.
- Improve Forecast accuracy by closely working with Sales and Marketing team
- Monthly pre-closing analysis - deviation to budget/LE analysis
- Challenge and investigate results, checking in particular progress towards budget achievement for GCPO
- Identify, evaluate and submit to GCR for GCPO Risks & Opportunities and Corrective Actions
- Support the launch tracking and pre-launch brands and LRR (Launch Readiness Review).
- Provide financial related support for business / operation team in daily work
- Support preparation of Business updates, management presentations
- Co-drive resource allocations (RA) at GCPO level, Area level, city level and ultimately hospital level, co-lead the RA workshop during budget/LE process
- Maintain and update Hypergrowth dashboard for GCPO
- Monitor EiS data integrity for GCPO
- Co-lead monthly GCPO monthly P&L review with GCPO head and Customer Marketing team as well as the Area heads
- Build strong relationship with business to identify at an early stage the key commercial issues
- Drive incentive scheme optimization for GCPO
- Co-lead planning and tracking for A&P expense management of GCPO
- Actively support the functional interaction between BPA and Business, maintaining a constructive working partnership and developing and shaping practical value-added suggestions for improvements in key business operating parameters.
- Provide quality analysis and recommendations to Business Partner to drive Business to achieve its financial objectives
- Co-drive the rollout of ROI application in GCPO business practice.
- Sanity check of commercial models and forecasting models of the GCPO

Others
- Personnel cost tracking and analysis
- Value creation project (eg profitability improvement or Post campaign ROI analysis)

Education (minimum/desirable):
- University degree preferably in Economics / Math / Statistical related subject or MBA.

Languages:
- Fluent (oral & writing) in English and Mandarin

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience in blue-chip multinational environment, preferably with exposure of working at the "sharp end".
- Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment dealing with continuous change and occasionally conflicting priorities.
- Ability to use basic financial controlling tools.
- Excellent skills in both Excel and PPT
- Excellent business & finance acumen.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills (upwards & sidewards)
