As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Process Industries Business Line (BL) based in Chongqing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) Business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will be responsible to provide engineering and technical support for Metals and Mining drive projects.

- ? Hardware engineering of drive system
- ? On-site commissioning and trouble shooting.
- ? Technical support for drives applications.
- ? Sales support for drive projects.
- ? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- ? Ideally you should have a bachelor or master’s degree in automation or electrical coupled with more than 2 years of experience in drives applications or automation field, and the knowledge background of metals or mining process would be a plus.
- ? Should have in-depth knowledge of drive system and automation, be familiar with electrical engineering.
- ? To accept short-time underground operation and your capability to work under pressure, open minded, self-driven attitude, team player, willingness to travel frequently and good fluency both in English and Mandarin will make you an excellent match for this role.
- ? A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
- ? A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
