PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责

1.    Responsible for execution of all relevantpurchase to pay (P2P) processes within their assigned scope in compliance withdirectives and in an effective way

2.    Responsible that all activities are properlyand timely executed

3.    Executor responsible for the ICS controlsrelating to the PTP processes

4.    First point of contact for audits (internal/external)

5.    Collaborating with Infosys and monitoringInfosys performance

6.    Actively work with Infosys and TeamLead/PTPManager to understand key risks in the PTP processes and put in placemitigation actions to address those risks

7.    Reviews and improves pro-actively with the TeamLead/PTPManager on the overall service delivery of the owned processes

8.    Support standardization, simplification andoperational excellence in P2P

9.    Ensures standard work compliance and assuresdocumentation (WI) for all the activities performed for the ORUS with clearoutput KPIs defined for the work done

10.  Receives assignments in the form ofobjectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.

11.  Provides direction to employees according toestablished policies and management guidance.

12.  Other related finance and accountingactivities or ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求

·        Bachelor degree in finance & accountingor equivalent

·        Minimum 3 years working experience

·        Knowledge of legal and fiscal requirements

·        Solid experience and knowledge of P2P process

·        Good communication & collaboration skills

·        Process driven

·        Fluent in English & Chinese

·        Knowledge of SAP
