职位描述
?Managefield quality improvement by issuing QIR to Quality Information System andfollow up the feed-back of HQ
-Assist in investigation of the replaced parts and customers' complaintscooperating with Quality Division (with R&D center or parts suppliers) onthe service center or other places
?Support field fix method for service center (4S / dealers) by cooperating withrelated teams in HQ of Korea
-Conduct Recall or Service Campaign or other field fix method by issuingTechnical Service Bulletin
-Deal with General Administration of Quality Supervision or other agencyfor quality issue
?Lead new car quality inspection of port or service centers
?Assist in high tech or hard-to-solve issue of service center to deal withcustomer complaints properly
?Manage customer's VOC (technical consultation or complaints) related withservice & quality and support customer satisfaction improvement
?Support workshop development of service channel (equipment / space / technicalsupport)
?Perform other occasional tasks and activities related to separated servicecenter
?Total 5~8 years of experience in automobile industry or dealer service
?At least 2~5 years of experience in issuing field quality report and field fixmethod (Recall / Service Campaign / other technical service issue) as well asdealing with customer's VOCs
