职位描述

What you will be doing

● Identify and gather report data for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual client insight report.

● Conduct data cleaning to identify unused and/or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.

● To handle the ad-hoc urgent requests from both client side and team side, and provide support on instant crisis monitoring based on Meltwater platforms.

● Proactively identify data quality and integrity issues that affect the accuracy of reporting.

● Support Media Analyst to create detailed reports and present recommendations to clients.

● Understand and apply data management processes, procedures and internal control standards.

● Keep track of market trends and staying abreast in the digital market arena.

● Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager.

What we would like to see from you

● Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Journalism, Business Analytics, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Psychology, Public Relations or Business-related majors.

● Passionate about digital marketing and social media.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good at collecting and integrating large volume of data from multiple channels.

● Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

● Good communication skills in both written and spoken, able to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.

● Self-motivated, reliable, fast learner, proactive, independent thinker, open minded and optimistic.

● Ability to effectively deliver multiple projects based on assigned requests at one time in a fast paced, dynamic and team-based environment.

● Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

● Detail oriented; able to ensure quality of report content by keeping numerous project details organized.
