Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day invoicing distribution for BHGE Turbomachinery & Process Solutions in China (Mandarin & English speaker mandatory) ; Receive complete and compliant request; Send Invoice / back-up documents to customer ; Validate the back-up documentation ; Follow up with requester, if needed ; Generate draft invoice for review ; Upload / Send Invoice to Government ; Send Invoice / back-up documents to customer ; File electronic / paper bills as instructed for each of the country ; Print Tax invoices ; Execute & provide Invoicing Report & Metrics .

Qualifications/Requirements

One or more years of work experience in invoicing or warehouse processes and procedures; Ability to navigate various electronic databases/systems; Familiarity in preparing electronic spread sheets; Ability to work a flexible work schedule that may vary daily depending on shipping request and customer requirements.

Mandarin & English speaker needed.

Strong understanding of invoicing process and accounting principles associated with process management; Strong analytical skills with commitment to accuracy and internal customer service; Familiarity with warehouse work flow and processes such as shipping, vendors and customer requests;
