               Job Purpose

The Role is responsible for Service Delivery excellence and continuous improvement for all internal Novartis associates and 3rd party suppliers.  Ensuring service delivery standards, performance and KPIs.  Ensuring standardization and implementation of Service Delivery to improve with KPIs.  And a strong focus on process standardization, continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction.

Major Accountabilities 

Service Delivery:

§  Actively support R2P Head with AP/T&E KPI monitoring and collaborate with AP/T&E leads to drive productivity stabilization.  

§  Participate monthly outsourcing service review meeting and timely follow up operational issue tracker with the outsourcing service provider.

§  Timely track Service Delivery KPIs (inquiry, cycle time, TAT, etc.). Ensuring a consistent methodology and data collection (KPIs) and internal customer/3rd party supplier issue follow-up.

§  Assist R2P related Projects, on-time data collection, meeting coordination and other department collaboration

§  Responsible for periodic AP/T&E reports preparation, ensuring report quality and accuracy

§  Placing R2P PO and do GR timely, ensuring correct expense allocation

§  Being business partnering and drive customer satisfaction

Ideal Background  (State the preferred education and experience level)

Education (minimum/desirable): §  University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or Chartered Accountant / MBA desirable     Experience:   (several years) §  5-10 years of Financial experience, with in-depth functional & process expertize §  Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix organization §  Previous experience in managing change and communications §  AP/T&E expertise §  Proven record of successfully managing projects driving performance §  Excellent people skills and team work   Languages                                 English is fluent in oral and written
