1. Report to CS business operation manager and follow related SOP to guarantee support comply with compliance.
2. Support sales manager and service sales for detail bidding case support.

1)       Bidding preparation, such as support sales to purchase bidding document, bidding bond payment follow up.

2)       Reading and understanding bidding document and support sales to prepare bidding proposal.

3)       Support and control for proper approval are obtained before bidding proposal released according to SOP and other company related rules. Support sales fill in the bidding application in bidding system, check and approve related case.

4)       Prepare, correct and finish final bidding proposal.

5)       Chop bidding document and post the bidding proposal hard copies to sales.

6)       Onsite support if company original certificates are required for bidding site.

7)       Support/manage certificates authority installation and registration for e-tender case if needed.

8)       Bidding service fee payment tracking and support.

9)       Bidding bond payment and tracking for return before target timeline.

10)   Related case documents filing including bidding proposal and letter of acceptance if have.

11)   Audit and tracking the consistency between tender result and followed contract.
