As a Global Finance Trainee, you will be part of the Corporate Function Finance Business based in Beijing.

? Accounting and reporting according to US-GAAP guidelines, rolling forecast reporting, business and product features, project controlling and analysis, cash flow management, financial and risk analysis.
? Value creation and shareholder value, business planning and evaluation, strategic planning and development.
? Corporate mission and values, international and virtual teamwork, leadership and management skills, presentation, communication and motivational skills, innovation and creativity.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

? Recent graduates (MSc level studies or equivalent) with good grades in the fields of Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related majors.
? Not more than 1.5 years of relevant work experience.
? Fluency in English (additional languages welcome).
? Global mindset, with a passion to work in diverse cultures.
? Mature, balanced personality with good communication skills.
? Team player who is flexible and open to new ideas.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
